A catalogue of 210 Grey Brahman bulls will be offered at the 2023 Wilangi Invitation Brahman Sale on Friday 24th November at Charters Towers. The Sale always falls as the final fixture of the Spring Bull Selling season however, an inspection of the catalogued Lots warrants a strong “Worth the Wait” advice call to Studmasters and commercial cattle producers seeking high quality Grey Brahman bulls. 71 of the bulls have been designated Premier Select Sires through the offering, the balance a very attractive line of 139 Registered and Herd Bulls to suit quality commercial production. 70 Lots this year are PP or Poll Scurr, the biggest number over offered at a Wilangi Sale.
Every bull, Stud or Herd, has been semen morphology tested prior to Sale, another valuable benefit of buying at this feature sale. Sale Vendors, after last year’s disappointing result, have gone ‘all out’ in 2023 selecting a strong, eye-catching Sale line of overall high quality and evenness throughout the Stud and commercial bull sections. Leading progressive cattle producers will welcome the availability of selecting from excellent, quality consistent lines of well bred, quiet temperament, ready to join bulls, whether they want one or a deck load, while the Sale’s attractive sire prospect offering this year offers a higher level and more substantial choice for Studmaster buyers. Half the Premier Select Sires are POLL, including three PP Lots.
