Sale Overcomes Fuel & Freight Rises for Bull Buyers

17/10/22

The FREE DELIVERY programme for Wilangi Invitation Brahman Sale buyers, devised by the six Vendor Studs, has proven a welcome benefit to cattle producers from many areas of Queensland since introduced in 2020.  Recent substantial increased fuel and freight costs throughout 2022 have now highlighted the greater value of this benefit for bull buyers attending this year’s Sale.  “It’s an exceptional offer, the geographic extent of which you don’t see at any other bull sales in the North,” Shaun Flanagan of Queensland Rural, Charters Towers said.

Sale Agents Queensland Rural have found in many instances the Sale’s Free Delivery programme has taken the anxiety out of delivery arrangements for purchasers of 1 or 2 bulls.  “It can often be a bugbear for them, sometimes they are online bidders not in attendance at the Sale, and they are worried about the logistics and costs of getting a single bull or two back home to Central Queensland or hundreds of kilometres West or North,” Shaun said.

Bull buyers, single or volume purchasers alike, are assured the Sale’s popular Free Delivery offer remains exactly the same in 2022 courtesy of the combined Sale Vendors.
