BIG 2024 BEEF WEEK TURNOUT FOR WILANGI SALE VENDORS

10/04/24

A huge representation of around 45 quality bulls and heifers will be exhibited for judging by Wilangi Sale Vendor Studs at BEEF 2024 in early May. The massive Rockhampton based, beef industry event will attract tens of thousands of National and International visitors for the week long programme, May 5th to 11th.

“We’re delighted that Studmasters and cattle producers will be able to inspect a large line-up of eye catching Brahmans at BEEF 2024, bred and presented by Studs which are long-time Vendors at our Annual Sale in Charters Towers,” Rob White of Wilangi Brahman Stud said, “we are supporting the event strongly and all our Vendors are looking forward to catching up with some of our regular Sale supporters and other cattle producers.”

Wilangi as well as Viva, Raglan, Lanes Creek, Wallace and Cambil comprise the Vendor Studs which sell at Northern Australia’s leading Grey Brahman Sale.

The overall strength of the Sale’s Vendors, all renowned Grey Brahman Studs, provides sire and herd bull buyers with a sizable and high quality diversity of proven beef industry genetics through poll and horn bloodlines at their Sale each year.

Included in the impressive BEEF 2024 Showing are:

  • Viva Stud (AJ & Pam Davison & Family) – 3 bulls as well as steers in the Prime Cattle Section;
  • Cambil Stud (Lawson & Sophie Camm & Family) – 15 head including many polls;
  • Raglan Stud (Andrew & Roxanne Olive & Family) – 16 head including 7 bulls and 9 heifers;
  • Wilangi Stud (Rob & Mandy White & Family) – 10 head mostly heifers, mostly young progeny of
    the $48,000 NCC Baritone and presented by Rob & Mandy’s young daughters Charli, Polly and
    Skye.
    “Come and see us at BEEF 2024, we’re all looking forward to a successful week,” Rob White said.

The Raglan Show Team has met with impressive success around the circuit in the lead-up to BEEF 2024.
